⛓💥 THE LEGISLATION OF DECLARING DISSOCIATION FROM DECEPTIVE TREATIES ⛓💥
Allah the Exalted says:
**"{A declaration of dissociation from Allah and His Messenger to those with whom you had made a treaty among the polytheists. * So travel freely throughout the land for four months, but know that you cannot cause failure to Allah and that Allah will disgrace the disbelievers.}"**
(At-Tawbah: 1-2)
Shaykh Ibn Nasir As-Sa'di (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
**Meaning:** This is a declaration of dissociation (severance of ties) from Allah and His Messenger to all the polytheists who are bound by a treaty. They are given four months to travel freely on earth, safely from the believers. After four months, they no longer have any treaty or agreement.
This applies to those who have a general treaty without a specific time limit, or whose treaty is set for four months or less. As for those whose treaty extends beyond four months, Allah requires the treaty to be completed if there is no fear of treachery and they do not initiate a violation of the agreement.
Those with a treaty are warned during their agreement period that, even if they feel safe, they cannot weaken Allah or escape from Him. Anyone who remains in their polytheism, Allah will certainly humiliate them. This warning is intended to urge them to embrace Islam, except for those who stubbornly persist in their disbelief and disregard Allah's threats.

⛓💥 धोखाधड़ी वाली संधियों से अलग होने की घोषणा का विधान ⛓💥
अल्लाह तआला ने फरमाया:
**"{यह अल्लाह और उसके रसूल की ओर से उन मुशरिकों के लिए संधि से अलग होने की घोषणा है, जिनसे तुमने संधि की थी। * तो चार महीने तक धरती में स्वतंत्र रूप से घूमो, और जान लो कि तुम अल्लाह को असहाय नहीं कर सकते, और अल्लाह काफ़िरों को अपमानित करने वाला है।}"**
(अत-तौबा: 1-2)
शेख इब्न नासिर अस-सअदी (रहिमहुल्लाह) ने कहा:
**अर्थ:** यह अल्लाह और उसके रसूल की ओर से उन सभी मुशरिकों के लिए संधि से अलग होने की घोषणा है, जिनके साथ कोई संधि थी। उन्हें चार महीने का समय दिया गया है कि वे धरती पर स्वतंत्र रूप से घूम सकें, और इस दौरान वे मोमिनों से सुरक्षित रहें। चार महीने बाद, उनके पास कोई संधि या समझौता नहीं रहेगा।
यह उन लोगों पर लागू होता है जिनके पास सामान्य संधि है जिसके लिए कोई समय सीमा निर्धारित नहीं है, या जिनकी संधि चार महीने या उससे कम की है। लेकिन जिनकी संधि चार महीने से अधिक की है, तो अल्लाह ने आदेश दिया है कि यदि विश्वासघात का कोई डर नहीं है और उन्होंने संधि का उल्लंघन नहीं किया है, तो उनकी संधि को पूरा किया जाए।
उन्हें उनकी संधि के दौरान चेतावनी दी गई है कि भले ही वे खुद को सुरक्षित समझें, वे अल्लाह को कमजोर नहीं कर सकते और न ही उससे बच सकते हैं। और जो भी अपने शिर्क पर बना रहता है, अल्लाह उसे अवश्य अपमानित करेगा। यह चेतावनी उन्हें इस्लाम अपनाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करती है, सिवाय उनके जो हठी होकर अपने कुफ्र में डटे रहते हैं और अल्लाह की धमकी की परवाह नहीं करते।
