💥REJECTING THE DAMAGE OF AHLUL BID'AH (INNOVATORS)💥
📮 Al-'Allamah Sholih bin Fauzan Al-Fauzan hafizhohulloh Ta’ala said:
👉 "What is obligatory is to follow those who are upright upon the Sunnah without any innovations. As for the innovators, the obligation is to warn against them and criticize them so that people will be cautious of them, and so that they and their followers will cease their innovations. Even if they have something of the truth, this does not justify praising them beyond the benefit (of doing so). The principle known in religion is: Preventing harm takes precedence over attaining benefit. And opposing the innovators involves rejecting harm from the Ummah, which is prioritized over any supposed benefit they might have if indeed it exists.
•• If we adopt this principle (judging based on their good aspects), then no one will be considered misguided or labeled as an innovator, because there is no innovator except that he possesses some degree of truth and has some commitment within him.
An innovator is not a complete disbeliever or someone who entirely opposes the Shari'ah. Rather, he is misguided in some aspects, or in most aspects, especially if the innovation relates to creed ('aqeedah) and methodology (manhaj), which becomes very dangerous because he then becomes an example, and it is through such examples that innovations spread among the Ummah, and the innovators become active in propagating their innovations.
•• Therefore, one who praises the innovators and confuses people by highlighting their elements of truth falls into one of two categories: He either does not understand the methodology of the Salaf and their stance toward the innovators, and such ignorant people should not speak, nor should the Muslims listen to them. Or (secondly), he is someone with bad intentions, because he knows the danger of innovations and the innovators but still wants to spread innovations. In any case, this is a dangerous matter and innovation and its practitioners should not be taken lightly, regardless of the circumstances.

💥અહલુલબિદઅ (નવીનતા લાવનારા) નો નુકસાન ઠુકરાવો💥
📮 અલ-‘અલ્લામા શોલિહ બિન ફાઉઝાન અલ-ફાઉઝાન હફિઝોહુલ્લાહ તા'આલા કહે છે:
👉 "ફરજ એ છે કે, bid'ah (નવિનતા) વગરની સુન્નત પર ચાલનારા લોકોને અનુસરો. જ્યારે bid'ah લાવનારા લોકો અંગે, ફરજ એ છે કે, લોકોને તેમના અંગે ચેતવણી આપવી અને તેમને અયોગ્ય ગણવી, જેથી લોકો તેમને લઈને સતર્ક થાય અને તે તથા તેમના અનુયાયીઓ bid'ah (નવીનતા)માંથી પાછા ફરે. જો તેમનો કોઈ હિસ્સો સત્ય પર આધારિત હોય, તો પણ તે તેમની પ્રશંસા કરવાને યોગ્ય નહીં બનાવે. ધર્મમાં એક સિદ્ધાંત છે કે, નુકસાન ટાળવું હંમેશા લાભ મેળવવા કરતા વધુ મહત્વનું છે. અને innovators (નવીનતા લાવનારાઓ)નો વિરોધ કરવા એ ઉંમાહ (સમુદાય)ને નુકસાનથી બચાવવાનો એક માર્ગ છે, જે કથિત લાભ કરતાં વધારે મહત્વનો છે, જો તે હોય તો પણ.
•• જો આપણે આ સિદ્ધાંત (તેમની સારી બાબતોને આધાર પર જજ કરવાની) અપનાવીએ, તો કોઈ પણ વ્યક્તિને ભૂલ બતાવી શકાશે નહીં કે તે inovator છે, કારણ કે કોઈ પણ innovator નથી જેમને સત્યનો કોઈ ભાગ ન હોય અથવા કોઈ પ્રતિબદ્ધતા ન હોય.
Innovator (નવિનતા લાવનાર) પુરો કાફિર નથી કે જે સંપૂર્ણ રીતે શરિયતનો વિરોધ કરે. તે કેટલાક બાબતોમાં, અથવા મોટાભાગના બાબતોમાં, ખોટા છે. ખાસ કરીને જો bid'ah તેવા વિષયો સાથે સંકળાયેલી હોય જે 'અકીદાહ (વિશ્વાસ) અને મન્હજ (વિધિ) સાથે સંકળાયેલી હોય, તો તે ખૂબ જ ખતરનાક બની જાય છે. તે પછી નવો દિશાનિર્દેશ અને ઉદાહરણ બની જાય છે અને bid'ah સમુદાયમાં ફેલાતી જાય છે, અને innovator તેમના bid'ah (નવિનતા)નું પ્રચાર કરવા લાગતા હોય છે.
•• તેથી, જે inovator (નવિનતા લાવનારાઓ)ની પ્રશંસા કરે છે અને લોકોની સાથે સત્યના કેટલાક ભાગને લઈને ગેરસમજ ફેલાવે છે, તે બે વસ્તુઓમાંથી એક છે: તે કદાચ સલફના મન્હજ (માર્ગ) અને innovator વિરુદ્ધ તેમની નીતિને સમજી શકતા નથી, અને આવા અજ્ઞાની લોકોને વાત કરવી જોઈએ નહીં અને મુસલમાનોને તેમને સાંભળવું જોઈએ નહીં. અથવા (બીજી વાત) તે દુરૂણ્ટ ઈરાદાવાળા વ્યક્તિ છે, કારણ કે તે bid'ah (નવિનતા) અને innovator ના જોખમને જાણે છે, પરંતુ હજી પણ bid'ah (નવિનતા) ફેલાવા માંગે છે. દરેક બાબતમાં આ ખૂબ જ ખતરનાક છે અને bid'ah અને તેના અનુયાયીઓ વિશે હળવાશથી લેવામાં ન આવવી જોઈએ, પછી ભલે તે કોઈ પણ પરિસ્થિતિ હોય.
