💡 **IF TRUTH IS ABANDONED, THEN DESIRES WILL BE GLORIFIED** 💡
Allah the Exalted said:
فَإِن لَّمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا۟ لَكَ فَٱعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يَتَّبِعُونَ أَهْوَآءَهُمْ ۚ وَمَنْ أَضَلُّ مِمَّنِ ٱتَّبَعَ هَوَىٰهُ بِغَيْرِ هُدًى مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ.
_"But if they do not respond to you, then know that they are only following their desires. And who is more astray than one who follows his desire without guidance from Allah? Indeed, Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people."_ (Surah Al-Qasas: 50)
Shaykh Ibn Nasir al-Sa'di, may Allah have mercy on him, said:
{فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا لَكَ} فلم يأتوا بكتاب أهدى منهما {فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يَتَّبِعُونَ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ} أي: فاعلم أن تركهم اتباعك، ليسوا ذاهبين إلى حق يعرفونه، ولا إلى هدى، وإنما ذلك مجرد اتباع لأهوائهم. {وَمَنْ أَضَلُّ مِمَّنَ اتَّبَعَ هَوَاهُ بِغَيْرِ هُدًى مِنَ اللَّهِ} فهذا من أضل الناس، حيث عرض عليه الهدى، والصراط المستقيم، الموصل إلى الله وإلى دار كرامته، فلم يلتفت إليه ولم يقبل عليه، ودعاه هواه إلى سلوك الطرق الموصلة إلى الهلاك والشقاء فاتبعه وترك الهدى، فهل أحد أضل ممن هذا وصفه؟ " ولكن ظلمه وعدوانه، وعدم محبته للحق، هو الذي أوجب له: أن يبقى على ضلاله ولا يهديه الله، فلهذا قال: {إِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ} أي: الذين صار الظلم لهم وصفا والعناد لهم نعتا، جاءهم الهدى فرفضوه، وعرض لهم الهوى، فتبعوه، سدوا على أنفسهم أبواب الهداية وطرقها، وفتحوا عليهم أبواب الغواية وسبلها، فهم في غيهم وظلمهم يعمهون، وفي شقائهم وهلاكهم يترددون.
وفي قوله: {فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا لَكَ فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يَتَّبِعُونَ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ} دليل على أن كل من لم يستجب للرسول، وذهب إلى قول مخالف لقول الرسول، فإنه لم يذهب إلى هدى، وإنما ذهب إلى هوى.

_"So if they do not respond to you (O Prophet), and do not bring forth a scripture that provides better guidance than these two (the Qur'an and the Torah), then know that they are only following their desires. This means, know that the reason they do not follow your teachings (O Prophet) is not because they have found a truth that is better or guidance that is more correct, but simply because they are following their desires. And who is more astray than one who follows his desires without guidance from Allah? Such a person is the most astray when confronted with guidance, which is the straight path that leads to Allah and His place of honor; he disregards it and does not accept it. Instead, his desires lead him to paths that lead to destruction and misery, and he follows them, abandoning that guidance. Is there anyone more astray than such a person? However, it is his wrongdoing, arrogance, and lack of love for the truth that keep him in his misguidance and prevent him from receiving guidance from Allah. Therefore, Allah says: _'Indeed, Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people,'_ meaning those whose injustice has become their nature and whose defiance has become their character. Guidance comes to them, but they reject it, and desires appear before them, so they follow them. They close the doors and paths of guidance for themselves and open the doors and paths of misguidance, leaving them lost in their confusion and wrongdoing, and tossed about in their misery and destruction.
And in His statement: _'But if they do not respond to you, then know that they are only following their desires,'_ there is evidence that anyone who does not respond (follow) the Messenger and chooses an opinion contrary to the Messenger's, does not follow guidance but only follows desires."_

💡 **如果真理被抛弃，那么欲望将被崇拜** 💡
真主至高无上说：
فَإِن لَّمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا۟ لَكَ فَٱعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يَتَّبِعُونَ أَهْوَآءَهُمْ ۚ وَمَنْ أَضَلُّ مِمَّنِ ٱتَّبَعَ هَوَىٰهُ بِغَيْرِ هُدًى مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ.
_"但是如果他们不回应你，那么你要知道他们只是在追随他们的欲望。还有谁比一个在没有来自真主的指引下追随自己欲望的人更迷失呢？确实，真主不会引导不义的人。"_（《故事章》28:50）
愿真主怜悯的谢赫伊本·纳赛尔·赛阿迪说：

_"所以如果他们不回应你（先知），也不带来比这两本书（《古兰经》和《讨拉特经》）更能引导的经书，那么你要知道他们只是追随他们的欲望。这意味着，你要知道，他们不追随你的教导（先知），并不是因为他们找到了更好的真理或更正确的指引，而只是因为他们在追随他们的欲望。还有谁比一个在没有来自真主的指引下追随自己欲望的人更迷失呢？当他面对指引时，这指引是通向真主和祂荣誉之地的正道，他却忽视它，不接受它。相反，他的欲望引导他走向通往毁灭和苦难的道路，他追随它，抛弃了那指引。还有谁比这种人更迷失呢？然而，是他的不义、傲慢和对真理的缺乏热爱，使他陷入迷误，无法从真主那里得到指引。因此，真主说：_‘确实，真主不会引导不义的人，’_意思是，那些不义已经成为他们的本性，反抗成为他们的特征的人。指引来到他们面前，但他们拒绝了它，而欲望出现在他们面前，他们却追随它。他们为自己关闭了指引的大门和道路，打开了迷误的大门和道路，使他们在困惑和不义中迷失，在苦难和毁灭中徘徊。
在真主的话语中：_‘但是如果他们不回应你，那么你要知道他们只是在追随他们的欲望，’_这里有证据表明，任何不回应（追随）使者并选择与使者意见相反的人，不是追随指引，而是仅仅追随欲望。"_
