**In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate**
**Conditions of Repentance for Those Who Deviate from the Manhaj Salaf among Innovators and Others**
This is a valuable and accurate fatwa in this regard, by the scholar Sheikh Zaid bin Hadi Al-Madkhali - may Allah have mercy on him - where he mentioned the conditions of repentance for those who deviate from the Manhaj Salaf. It includes innovators and others. Here is the text of the question and its answer:
**Question No. 37:**
**Question:**
What are the guidelines for advising those who oppose the Manhaj Salaf? And is there a specific duration for the advice?
**Answer:**
The conditions of repentance for an innovator are the well-known conditions derived from observation and study for the acceptance of repentance of every sinner:
1. Abandoning the sin.
2. Regretting what he has done.
3. Resolving not to return to it.
In addition to these three conditions, the innovator must also:
1. Publicly and privately renounce the innovation, especially in the places where he used to spread his bid'ah, and to those he used to invite to adopt and fanatically follow it, spreading it until it became as if it were a noble Prophetic tradition. Those whose hearts were filled with it, and their limbs acted upon it, and whomsoever Allah misguides, you will not find for him a guiding ally.
2. Retract what he has authored in promoting it, and criticizing those who opposed it, or its callers and promoters, ensuring the retraction is clear and comprehensible to everyone who reads or hears it, clearing himself of liability, supporting the Sunnah, and showing love for its people. He must continue this until certainty (death) comes to him from his Lord.
3. Burn and destroy all means he has that recorded the innovations, so that nothing remains for anyone to be tempted by, whether during his life or after his death.
Finally, know, O questioner: that the innovator is a widespread evil upon himself, his community, and his nation. He must be advised; if he turns away from the advice of advisors, he must be abandoned, and one must flee from his gatherings and companionship.
Listen to the words of one who investigated the condition of the innovators and understood the ugliness of innovation and its harm to individuals and societies wherever it is found, and he said - and what a good saying it is:
"And every good is in following those who have preceded (Salaf), and every evil is in the innovations of those who came later.
Be one of the followers on the path of guidance, and you will attain goodness and be saved from evil.
And the clear Sunnah is the path of the guided, so do not deviate from it lest you perish tomorrow.
Stay with the truth with knowledge and piety, to achieve the reward and a good ascent."
... And you said, O questioner: Does this apply to the groups (hizbiyyun) in this era?
The answer: The conditions must be applied to every innovator, and there is no doubt that the groups (hizbiyyun) are practitioners of numerous and varied innovations; among them are the Khawarij, and among them are the Sufis, and among them are the ignorant who imitate these and those, and it is obligatory for all to repent to Allah fulfilling its conditions, each according to his situation.
"And whoever wants the best life and satisfaction, let him truly follow the path of those who have gone before,
In an upright and pure Sunnah, and a clear and evident law,
Al-Mustafa walked upon it, and whoever follows his method will attain the best nobility.
May our Lord's blessings and peace be upon him, and upon his family and companions, and those who follow them."

**Bedingungen der Reue für diejenigen, die vom Manhaj Salaf abweichen, unter Innovatoren und anderen**
Dies ist ein wertvolles und genaues Fatwa in dieser Hinsicht, von dem Gelehrten Sheikh Zaid bin Hadi Al-Madkhali - möge Allah ihm barmherzig sein - wo er die Bedingungen der Reue für diejenigen erwähnte, die vom Manhaj Salaf abweichen. **Frage:**
Was sind die Richtlinien für die Beratung derjenigen, die dem Manhaj Salaf widersprechen? Und gibt es eine bestimmte Dauer für die Beratung?
**Antwort:**
Die Bedingungen der Reue für einen Innovator sind die bekannten Bedingungen, die aus Beobachtung und Studium für die Annahme der Reue eines jeden Sünders abgeleitet werden:
1. Das Verlassen der Sünde.
2. Bedauern über das, was er getan hat.
3. Den festen Entschluss, nicht darauf zurückzukommen.
Zusätzlich zu diesen drei Bedingungen muss der Innovator auch:
1. Öffentlich und privat die Innovation verwerfen, insbesondere an den Orten, an denen er früher seine Bid'ah verbreitet hat, und an diejenigen, die er eingeladen hat, sie zu übernehmen und fanatisch zu folgen, sie zu verbreiten, bis sie so wurde, als wäre sie eine edle prophetische Tradition. Diejenigen, deren Herzen davon erfüllt sind, und deren Glieder danach gehandelt haben, und wen Allah in die Irre führt, für den wirst du keinen leitenden Verbündeten finden.
2. Widerrufen, was er zur Förderung geschrieben hat, und diejenigen kritisiert hat, die dagegen waren, oder seine Prediger und Unterstützer, sicherstellen, dass der Widerruf klar und verständlich für jeden ist, der ihn liest oder hört, um sich von der Haftung zu befreien, die Sunnah zu unterstützen und Liebe für ihre Leute zu zeigen. Er muss dies bis zum Eintreffen der Gewissheit (Tod) von seinem Herrn fortsetzen.
3. Verbrennen und zerstören aller Mittel, die er hat, die die Innovationen aufzeichnen, sodass nichts bleibt, womit jemand versucht wird, sei es während seines Lebens oder nach seinem Tod.
Schließlich wisse, o Fragesteller: dass der Innovator ein weit verbreitetes Übel für sich selbst, seine Gemeinschaft und seine Nation ist. Er muss beraten werden; wenn er sich von der Beratung der Berater abwendet, muss er verlassen werden, und man muss von seinen Versammlungen und seiner Gesellschaft fliehen.
Höre die Worte eines Mannes, der den Zustand der Innovatoren untersucht und die Hässlichkeit der Innovation und ihre Schädlichkeit für Individuen und Gesellschaften überall erkannt hat, und er sagte - und was für ein gutes Wort es ist:
"Und alles Gute liegt im Folgen derer, die vorausgegangen sind (Salaf), und alles Übel liegt in den Innovationen derer, die später kamen.
Sei einer der Anhänger auf dem Weg der Führung, und du wirst Gutes erreichen und vor Übel gerettet werden.
Und die klare Sunnah ist der Weg der Geführten, also weiche nicht davon ab, damit du morgen nicht zugrunde gehst.
Bleibe bei der Wahrheit mit Wissen und Frömmigkeit, um die Belohnung und einen guten Aufstieg zu erreichen."
... Und du sagtest, o Fragesteller: Gilt das für die Gruppen (Hizbiyyun) in dieser Zeit?
Die Antwort: Die Bedingungen müssen auf jeden Innovator angewendet werden, und es besteht kein Zweifel, dass die Gruppen (Hizbiyyun) Praktizierende zahlreicher und vielfältiger Innovationen sind; unter ihnen sind die Khawarij, und unter ihnen sind die Sufis, und unter ihnen sind die Unwissenden, die diese und jene nachahmen, und es ist obligatorisch für alle, zu Allah zu bereuen, wobei sie die Bedingungen der Reue jeder entsprechend ihrer Situation erfüllen.
"Und wer das beste Leben und Zufriedenheit will, soll wahrhaftig den Weg derer folgen, die vorher gegangen sind,
In einer aufrechten und reinen Sunnah und einem klaren und offensichtlichen Gesetz,
Al-Mustafa ging darauf, und wer auch immer seiner Methode folgt, wird die beste Adel erreichen.
Möge unser Herrs Segen und Frieden auf ihn, seine Familie und seine Gefährten herabkommen, und auf die, die ihnen folgen."
