**Is it Permissible to Quote Wise Sayings from Hizbiyyun (Partisan Groups) or from People of Falsehood that Contain Benefit?**
🍃 *Refutation of the permissibility of quoting wise sayings from Hizbiyyun or people of falsehood that contain lessons or benefits.*

*Is it permissible for us to quote sayings or wise words/advice from a Hizby (partisan)?*

*The people of falsehood from among the Hizbiyyun and followers of desires deserve to be humiliated, not honored by taking advice or wise sayings from them.*
Allah has said:
*“Indeed, those who oppose Allah and His Messenger are among the most humiliated.”*
*(Quran, Al-Mujadila: 20)*
⭕ *So the one who is humiliated in our eyes is the one who is humiliated by Allah and His Messenger.*
🖋️ *Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said:*
*“It is obligatory upon all of them to be united with the one who upholds the truth against the one who upholds falsehood, so that:*
▪️ *The one who is honored among them is the one who Allah and His Messenger have honored.*
▪️ *The one who is given precedence among them is the one who Allah and His Messenger have given precedence.*
▪️ *And the one who is humiliated among them is the one who Allah and His Messenger have humiliated, according to what pleases Allah and His Messenger, not according to whims and desires. For whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger is rightly guided, and whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, only humiliates themselves.”*
*(Majmu' al-Fatawa 28/17)*
⭕ *Be cautious of being deceived by the sweetness and beauty of the expressions of the people of falsehood.*
🖋️ *Our Shaykh, Abdur-Raqib Bin Qaid (may Allah preserve him) said:*
🔴 *“The words of Hizbiyyiin (partisan groups) are dangerous because they put honey on the edge of a blade, deceiving people with the sweetness of the honey and its name, without revealing that it is on the edge of a blade. If you lick the honey, your tongue will be cut off...”*
🔴 *And it is obligatory to return to the methodology of the Salaf (righteous predecessors) and their statements and warnings in cautioning against the people of innovation, and to use their words as support and be content with their sayings.*
🔴 *Likewise, we advise them to quote from the scholars of Ahlus-Sunnah (the people of the Sunnah), and to refer to their sources so that the benefit is widespread and it is easy to return to the referenced book for further benefit and knowledge.*
*And Allah is the One who grants success.*

🖋️ *Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal (may Allah have mercy on him) said:*
*“Be cautious about writing (quoting the speech or writing) from someone who follows desires, whether a little or a lot, and it is obligatory for you to take knowledge from the people of Athar (traditions) and Sunnah.”*
*(Siyar A'lamin Nubala: 11/231)*
⭕ *And is it not sufficient for us to quote what is found in the Qur'an and Sunnah and the sayings of the Imams of Ahlus-Sunnah as a source of tranquility and in seeking the truth?*
🖋️ *Shaykh Abdurrahman bin Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said:*
*“Whoever has a desire to seek evidence for the truth, then in the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger is what suffices and heals. They are the weapons of every believer and steadfast person, but the books of Ahlus-Sunnah increase the eager seeker and assist him in understanding. You have the writings of our Shaykh (Shaykh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab An-Najdi, may Allah have mercy on him), which are sufficient if studied carefully. It is obligatory upon you to abandon the people of innovation and to denounce them.”*

⭕ *And quoting wise sayings from Hizbiyyun and then spreading them is a form of honoring them, which may lead the ignorant to be deceived by their innovations, and in reality, it is a destruction of Islam itself.*
🖋️ *Imam Ash-Shatibi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:*
*“Indeed, honoring the person of innovation may lead to two major corruptions that can destroy Islam:*
1️⃣ *The first is that the ignorant and common people will pay attention to that honor, believing that the innovator is the best of people and that what he is upon is better than what others are upon. This leads to them following his innovation rather than following Ahlus-Sunnah and their path.*
2️⃣ *Secondly, if he is honored because of his innovation, it will encourage him to continue innovating in everything. Thus, innovations will flourish, and the Sunnah will die out, which is the destruction of Islam itself.”*
*(Al-I’tisam 1/202)*
⭕ *And this is what is always echoed by those whose minds are clouded by a doubtful argument:*
*"You should read the books of the Hizbiyyun, their books are good, there is much benefit in them, in their words there is wisdom, take what is true from their words and leave their falsehood!"*
*To this, we say from several perspectives:*
👉🏼 *Most of the youth do not know what is the truth from falsehood, they cannot distinguish between right and wrong, so they fall into falsehood because they see falsehood as truth and reject the truth because they see it as falsehood. Thus, many matters become reversed for them. And this is as Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him) said:*
*“Indeed, the true misguidance is that you recognize what you used to deny, and deny what you used to recognize.”*
*(Reported by Imam Ibn Abd al-Barr in Jami’ Bayan Al-Ilm 1775, Imam Ibn Battah in Al-Ibanah al-Kubra No. 25)*
👉🏼 *And it should be known that the Hizbiyyun love to infuse poison with honey (beautiful words, wise sayings, but inside is a doubt). And the heart is weak while doubts are quick to attack.*
*Look at the story of a student of knowledge who was known for his beneficial work, Abdullah bin Ali Al-Qasimi, who was once a follower of Ahlus-Sunnah. He authored a rebuttal against the Shia with his book titled "Al-Sira' Bayna Islam wal Wathaniyyah" in three volumes, approximately 2500 pages. This book was highly praised and admired by Ahlus-Sunnah during his time, including Shaykh Ahmad An-Najmi (may Allah have mercy on him). However, Al-Qasimi's heart later changed, and he became attached to reading newspapers, magazines, and books containing strange philosophical ideas. Allah's help is sought.*
🖋️ *Shaykh Al-Allamah An-Najmi (may Allah have mercy on him) said about Al-Qasimi:*
*"In the story of Al-Qasimi is a lesson for every sensible person to fear Allah and believe that the hearts of His servants are in His hand, and He turns them as He wills."*
*(Al-Fatawa Al-Jaliyyah Vol 1, Question 33)*
👉🏼 *And never think that in their words or writings there are wise sayings from which lessons can be drawn! Know that if you do not find what suffices you from the Athar (traditions) and the sayings of the Imams of Salafus-Salih, then be assured that there is no benefit in the writings of Hizbiyyun.*
🖋️ *Imam Abu Zur'ah was asked about Al-Harith Al-Muhasibi and his books, and he said:*
*"Beware of his books, they are filled with innovations and misguidance, and it is obligatory for you to take from the Athar (traditions). Then he said:*
*"Indeed, you will find in the Athar what suffices you."*
▪️ *It was said to Imam Abu Zur'ah:*
*"In these books, there are lessons."*
*Imam Abu Zur'ah said:*
*"Whoever does not find a lesson in the Book of Allah, will not find one in these books of Al-Harith Al-Muhasibi."*

👉🏼 *In conclusion:*
🖋️ *Al-Awza'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said:*
*"Take your religion from those you trust and are pleased with."*
*(Reported by Ibn Abi Hatim)*
🖋️ Shaykh Salih Al-Fawzan (may Allah preserve him) said:
"It is not permissible to take knowledge (whether it is wise sayings, statements, or writings) from ignorant people, even if they claim to be knowledgeable. Likewise, it is not permissible to take knowledge from those who deviate in 'aqidah (belief), whether due to shirk (associating partners with Allah) or ta'thil (denying Allah's attributes). Similarly, it is not permissible to take knowledge from innovators (Hizbiyyun) and those who deviate, even if they are called scholars."

*Las personas de falsedad entre los Hizbiyyun y seguidores de los deseos merecen ser humilladas, no honradas al tomar consejos o dichos sabios de ellos.*
Allah ha dicho:
*“En verdad, aquellos que se oponen a Allah y Su Mensajero son de los más humillados.”*
*(Corán, Al-Mujadila: 20)*
⭕ *Entonces, quien es humillado ante nuestros ojos es aquel a quien Allah y Su Mensajero han humillado.*
🖋️ *Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (que Allah tenga misericordia de él) dijo:*
*“Es obligatorio para todos unirse con el que sostiene la verdad contra el que sostiene la falsedad, de modo que:*
▪️ *Aquel que es honrado entre ellos es el que Allah y Su Mensajero han honrado.*
▪️ *Aquel que es dado precedencia entre ellos es el que Allah y Su Mensajero han dado precedencia.*
▪️ *Y aquel que es humillado entre ellos es el que Allah y Su Mensajero han humillado, según lo que complace a Allah y Su Mensajero, no según caprichos y deseos. Porque quien obedece a Allah y Su Mensajero está correctamente guiado, y quien desobedece a Allah y Su Mensajero, solo se humilla a sí mismo.”*

⭕ *Ten cuidado de ser engañado por la dulzura y belleza de las expresiones de las personas de falsedad.*
🖋️ *Nuestro Shaykh, Abdur-Raqib Bin Qaid (que Allah lo preserve) dijo:*
🔴 *“Las palabras de los Hizbiyyiin (grupos partidistas) son peligrosas porque ponen miel en el borde de una hoja, engañando a la gente con la dulzura de la miel y su nombre, sin revelar que está en el borde de una hoja. Si lames la miel, te cortarás la lengua...”*
🔴 *Y es obligatorio volver a la metodología de los Salaf (antecesores justos) y sus declaraciones y advertencias en cuanto a precaución contra las personas de innovación, y usar sus palabras como apoyo y estar contento con sus dichos.*
🔴 *Asimismo, les aconsejamos que citen a los eruditos de Ahlus-Sunnah (las personas de la Sunnah), y que se refieran a sus fuentes para que el beneficio sea generalizado y sea fácil volver al libro de referencia para un mayor beneficio y conocimiento.*
*Y Allah es quien otorga el éxito.*

🖋️ *El Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal (que Allah tenga misericordia de él) dijo:*
*“Sé cauteloso al escribir (citar el discurso o la escritura) de alguien que sigue deseos, ya sea poco o mucho, y es obligatorio para ti tomar conocimiento de las personas de Athar (tradiciones) y Sunnah.”*
*(Siyar A'lamin Nubala: 11/231)*
⭕ *¿Y no nos es suficiente citar lo que se encuentra en el Corán y la Sunnah y los dichos de los Imames de Ahlus-Sunnah como fuente de tranquilidad y en la búsqueda de la verdad?*
🖋️ *El Shaykh Abdurrahman bin Hasan (que Allah tenga misericordia de él) dijo:*
*“Quien tenga el deseo de buscar evidencia para la verdad, en el Libro de Allah y la Sunnah de Su Mensajero hay lo que es suficiente y lo que cura. Son las armas de cada creyente y persona firme, pero los libros de Ahlus-Sunnah aumentan al buscador ávido y lo asisten en la comprensión. Tienes los escritos de nuestro Shaykh (Shaykh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab An-Najdi, que Allah tenga misericordia de él), que son suficientes si se estudian cuidadosamente. Es obligatorio para ti abandonar a las personas de innovación y denunciarlas.”*

⭕ *Y citar dichos sabios de los Hizbiyyun y luego difundirlos es una forma de honrarlos, lo que puede llevar a que los ignorantes sean engañados por sus innovaciones, y en realidad, es una destrucción del Islam mismo.*
🖋️ *El Imam Ash-Shatibi (que Allah tenga misericordia de él) dijo:*
*“Honrar a la persona de innovación puede llevar a dos grandes corrupciones que pueden destruir el Islam:*
1️⃣ *La primera es que los ignorantes y la gente común prestarán atención a ese honor, creyendo que el innovador es la mejor de las personas y que lo que él sigue es mejor que lo que siguen los demás. Esto los lleva a seguir su innovación en lugar de seguir a Ahlus-Sunnah y su camino.*
2️⃣ *En segundo lugar, si es honrado debido a su innovación, lo alentará a seguir innovando en todo. Así, las innovaciones florecerán, y la Sunnah se extinguirá, lo que es la destrucción del Islam mismo.”*
*(Al-I’tisam 1/202)*
⭕ *Y esto es lo que siempre es repetido por aquellos cuyas mentes están nubladas por un argumento dudoso:*
*"Deberías leer los libros de los Hizbiyyun, sus libros son buenos, hay mucho beneficio en ellos, en sus palabras hay sabiduría, toma lo que es verdad de sus palabras y deja su falsedad."*
*A esto, decimos desde varias perspectivas:*
👉🏼 *La mayoría de los jóvenes no saben lo que es la verdad de la falsedad, no pueden distinguir entre lo correcto y lo incorrecto, por lo que caen en la falsedad porque ven la falsedad como verdad y rechazan la verdad porque la ven como falsedad. Así, muchas cuestiones se invierten para ellos. Y esto es como dijo Hudhaifah (que Allah esté complacido con él):*
*“En verdad, el verdadero extravío es que reconozcas lo que solías negar, y niegues lo que solías reconocer.”*
*(Reportado por el Imam Ibn Abd al-Barr en Jami’ Bayan Al-Ilm 1775, Imam Ibn Battah en Al-Ibanah al-Kubra No. 25)*
👉🏼 *Y se debe saber que los Hizbiyyun aman infundir veneno con miel (palabras hermosas, dichos sabios, pero dentro hay una duda). Y el corazón es débil mientras que las dudas atacan rápidamente.*
*Mira la historia de un estudiante de conocimiento que era conocido por su trabajo beneficioso, Abdullah bin Ali Al-Qasimi, quien una vez fue un seguidor de Ahlus-Sunnah. Él escribió una refutación contra los chiítas con su libro titulado "Al-Sira' Bayna Islam wal Wathaniyyah" en tres volúmenes, aproximadamente 2500 páginas. Este libro fue muy elogiado y admirado por Ahlus-Sunnah durante su tiempo, incluido el Shaykh Ahmad An-Najmi (que Allah tenga misericordia de él). Sin embargo, el corazón de Al-Qasimi cambió más tarde, y se volvió a la lectura de periódicos, revistas y libros que contenían ideas filosóficas extrañas. Se busca la ayuda de Allah.*

*"En la historia de Al-Qasimi hay una lección para cada persona sensata de temer a Allah y creer que los corazones de Sus siervos están en Su mano, y Él los gira como Él quiere."*

👉🏼 *Y nunca pienses que en sus palabras o escritos hay dichos sabios de los cuales se puedan extraer lecciones. Sabe que si no encuentras lo que te basta en los Athar (tradiciones) y en los dichos de los Imames de Salafus-Salih, entonces ten por seguro que no hay beneficio en los escritos de los Hizbiyyun.*
🖋️ *Al Imam Abu Zur'ah fue preguntado acerca de Al-Harith Al-Muhasibi y sus libros, y él dijo:*
*"Cuidado con sus libros, están llenos de innovaciones y desvíos, y es obligatorio para ti tomar de los Athar (tradiciones)." Luego dijo:*
*"En verdad, encontrarás en los Athar lo que es suficiente para ti."*

️ *Se le dijo al Imam Abu Zur'ah:*
*"En estos libros hay lecciones."*
*El Imam Abu Zur'ah dijo:*
*"Quien no encuentra una lección en el Libro de Allah, no la encontrará en estos libros de Al-Harith Al-Muhasibi."*

👉🏼 *En conclusión:*
🖋️ *Al-Awza'i (que Allah tenga misericordia de él) dijo:*
*"Toma tu religión de aquellos en quienes confías y con los que estás complacido."*
*(Reportado por Ibn Abi Hatim)*
🖋️ El Shaykh Salih Al-Fawzan (que Allah lo preserve) dijo:
"No es permisible tomar conocimiento (ya sea que se trate de dichos sabios, declaraciones o escritos) de personas ignorantes, incluso si afirman ser conocedores. Del mismo modo, no es permisible tomar conocimiento de aquellos que se desvían en 'aqidah (creencia), ya sea debido a shirk (asociar compañeros con Allah) o ta'thil (negar los atributos de Allah). De manera similar, no es permisible tomar conocimiento de innovadores (Hizbiyyun) y aquellos que se desvían, incluso si son llamados eruditos."
