**Hadiths About the Month of Muharram**
1⃣ From Abu Bakrah _radhiallahu 'anhu_ from the Prophet _sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam_: *"The year is twelve months, of which four are sacred: three consecutive months, Dhu al-Qa'dah, Dhu al-Hijjah, and Muharram, and the month of Rajab which is between Jumada and Sha'ban."* (Sahih Al-Bukhari: 2958)
2⃣ From Abu Hurairah _radhiallahu 'anhu_, he said: The Messenger of Allah _sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam_ said: *"The best fasting after Ramadan is the fasting of Allah's month of Muharram."* (Sahih Muslim: 1982)
3⃣ From Ibn Abbas _radhiallahu 'anhuma_, he said: "The Prophet _sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam_ came to Madinah and saw the Jews fasting on the day of Ashura. He asked, *What is this?* They said: This is a good day, it is the day Allah saved the Children of Israel from their enemy, so Musa fasted on this day. The Prophet said: *I am more entitled to Musa than you.* So he fasted on that day and commanded (the Muslims) to fast on that day." (Sahih Al-Bukhari: 1865)
4⃣ From Ibn 'Abbas _radhiallahu 'anhuma_, he said: I never saw the Prophet _sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam_ so keen to fast a day and give it priority over any other day except this day, the day of Ashura, and this month, meaning Ramadan. (Sahih Al-Bukhari: 1867)
5⃣ And the Prophet _sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam_ said: *Fasting on the day of Ashura, I hope Allah will expiate (sins) for the year that came before it.* (Sahih Muslim: 1976)
6⃣ Abdullah bin Abbas _radhiallahu 'anhuma_ narrated: When the Messenger of Allah _sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam_ fasted on the day of Ashura and commanded that it be observed as a fast, they (the companions) said: O Messenger of Allah, it is a day which the Jews and Christians hold in high esteem. Thereupon the Messenger of Allah _sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam_ said: *When the next year comes, God willing, we shall fast on the 9th.* But the Messenger of Allah _sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam_ passed away before the next year came. (Sahih Muslim: 1916)
These are some of the hadiths about the month of Muharram. May Allah give us the strength to fast on the ninth and tenth of Muharram.

2⃣ От Абу Хурайры _радияллаху 'анху_, он сказал: Посланник Аллаха _саллаллаху 'алейхи ва саллам_ сказал: *"Лучший пост после Рамадана – пост месяца Аллаха Мухаррама."* (Сахих Муслим: 1982)
3⃣ От Ибн Аббаса _радияллаху 'анхума_, он сказал: "Пророк _саллаллаху 'алейхи ва саллам_ прибыл в Медину и увидел, что евреи постятся в день Ашура. Он спросил, *Что это?* Они сказали: Это хороший день, это день, когда Аллах спас сынов Израиля от их врага, поэтому Муса постился в этот день. Пророк сказал: *Я имею больше права на Мусу, чем вы.* Поэтому он постился в этот день и велел (мусульманам) поститься в этот день." (Сахих Аль-Бухари: 1865)
4⃣ От Ибн Аббаса _радияллаху 'анхума_, он сказал: Я никогда не видел Пророка _саллаллаху 'алейхи ва саллам_ столь стремящегося поститься в какой-либо день и придавать ему большее значение, чем этот день, день Ашура, и этот месяц, то есть Рамадан. (Сахих Аль-Бухари: 1867)
5⃣ И Пророк _саллаллаху 'алейхи ва саллам_ сказал: *Пост в день Ашура, я надеюсь, Аллах искупит (грехи) за предыдущий год.* (Сахих Муслим: 1976)
6⃣ Абдуллах ибн Аббас _радияллаху 'анхума_ передал: Когда Посланник Аллаха _саллаллаху 'алейхи ва саллам_ постился в день Ашура и велел соблюдать этот пост, они (сподвижники) сказали: О Посланник Аллаха, это день, который почитают евреи и христиане. Тогда Посланник Аллаха _саллаллаху 'алейхи ва саллам_ сказал: *Когда придет следующий год, если на то будет воля Аллаха, мы будем поститься в девятый день.* Но Посланник Аллаха _саллаллаху 'алейхи ва саллам_ скончался до наступления следующего года. (Сахих Муслим: 1916)
Это некоторые из хадисов о месяце Мухаррам. Да дарует нам Аллах силу поститься в девятый и десятый дни Мухаррама.
